Our Fitness Instructors are equipped with the skill and expertise to provide a complete and comprehensive fitness program. They are able to plan and conduct safe, effective and fun fitness classes and workouts, as well as to design personalized exercise routines and workout plans that suit the needs and abilities of all ages. They will also explain and demonstrate exercises for their course participants and monitor their performance to ensure that they are executing exercises correctly.
